This project is in the beginning stages still, it is our hope to run it in mid June.
The basic concept is to have a one or two turn craft show/fair. Participants can set up booths (in the form of a short paragraph of writing that will be put into the room description). Fair goers can attend the fair and buy supplies, or items, or have work commissioned (Have armor repaired, or weapons sharpened, get some fresh baked goods, find some cloth for to patch that cloak with, Or even commission that special ring for your bondmate.)
All work will, of course, just be rp. And items can be a short description you 'buy' from the vendor. (I think it would be cool to exchange actual coin...small amounts of course. Or trade craft for craft.)
The idea was sparked with a seed of conversation in RoK and they have offered to host the event in the Bazaar (and possibly the docks if there is enough vendors).
So I am looking for feedback, is there interest in such an event?
Is there a way to explain the concept better? Is what I have written confusing?
Any ideas to add to the idea or things that you don't think will work?
